3, 2, 1… action!
In the entry of today, I would like to share my experience about the latest activity of this course. As you already know, we all had to work in our groups and shoot a video dramatizing a story. This time, the story we had chosen to work with was “Demeter and Persephone”, a Greek story which tells the bond between mother and daughter and their deep love and protection. Demeter and Persephone To begin with, we divided the characters between us, and since we were lacking of people, some of us had to play two characters at the same time. In my case, I played Hecate; the goddess of the witchery and the moon, and also Helios; the great god of the sun. My classmates and I decided to record at the university since it was more accessible for everyone, and lucky for us it was a sunny and windy day, so we didn’t have any complications with the weather. We took two hours in the morning recording (and re-recording) since we were laughing a lot while doing it but we really tried to do our best....
